For enquiries about handheld devices contact handhelds@beenavision.com. Handheld devices are usually shipped in a maximum of 45 days after the order is placed.

For enquiries about automatic wayside and in-track systems, contact wayside@beenavision.com. Standard wayside systems are usually shipped within 90 days after the order is placed. Systems may be customized to meet some specific needs of railroad operators. Special orders may take longer to deliver.

For track geometry measurement systems and other non-standard products, contact info@beenavision.com.

All systems are offered with a one-year warranty and at least 5 years of after sales service.  Extended warranty and service contracts are available.
