Car Structural Component Imaging System

CSCView is an undercarriage imaging system by Beena Vision which is designed to produce high quality images of the structural components of railcars in normal track speeds. The system operates with line scan technology and produces high resolution images of virtually all visible car components under the car. The system is installed under the track and is housed within a steel tie structure.
System uses several cameras to capture different areas of the car undercarriage. Special lighting systems are deployed with the system to withstand the harsh railroad track environment.
